It is hard to imagine how our clients could succeed as they do without the unique combination of carefully chosen exercises they do each day which are specifically designed to enhance mood and sustain the resulting sense of well-being.

There are three types of exercises: Energy Replenishment, Energy Enhancement, and Calming Release.

Lead instructor Oleg Yevseyev, a native of Ukraine, daily inspires both the teachers and the clients.

Here are his thoughts on our “brain rejuvenating” exercise program.

By nature our brain was created to function due to different addictions based on five senses of body: seeing, smell, hearing, taste, touch. Addiction for our brain is like fuel for a car. But there can be different quality of fuel as well as addiction. One addiction can kill us and another supports life.

There are two main types of addictions: healthy and unhealthy. Healthy addictions are breathing, exercising, healthy diet, drinking water, having sex, positive emotions. Unhealthy or unnatural addictions are different substances, illegal and prescribed drugs, alcohol, junk food, laziness and negative emotions. For our brain it doesn’t matter what kind of addiction was developed, but it is extremely difficult to change them. That is why it is important to develop healthy addictions the sooner the better.

Between the main healthy addictions, breathing is crucial. Without food the one can live around 30 days, without water 2-3 days, but without breathing in 5-7 minutes irreversible changes of brain cells take place. It means our brain and body depend on breathing every second more then anything else. The way our brain gets oxygen, amount of oxygen, pace and rhythm of our breathing and what muscles we use when we breathe, influence our life every second. We want to change our life but unhealthy addictions are too dominating in our brain. Stress, anxiety and depression develop bad diet and bad diet develops stress, anxiety and depression. If we have this dynamic, it is escalating every second, minute, hour, day, weeks, months and years and with each following second this dynamic gets stronger. If we don’t stop, it ruins our body, developing chronicle bad qualities of our character. The sooner we are ready to stop the easier to create another dynamic. And now to create healthy dynamic we have to be ready to fight for every second of positive thinking, good diet and adequate treating our body. But it won’t happen right now and here again we get every second, then every day, then week, weeks, months, years, way back to the point where we began to create bad dynamic. It can be a very long way but with each following second this dynamic gets stronger. After we rich that point we start a journey to our real nature, our original metrics.

Positive dynamic can be very long, complicated and impossible without reconstruction of our brain chemistry, without strategy, a system.

The fastest way of brain rejuvenation is to use breath like the dominant. Through breath we can learn how to control and chose our addictions.

If drugs efficiently destroy brain neurons, breathing techniques are the most effective to rejuvenate them.

The root of unhealthy addictions is bad genetics, stress, anxiety, depression and bad diet. When we are stressful we activate parts of a brain that make our breathing shallow and upper. We start breathing through our chest using small parts of our lungs lobes, hyperventilating. Then this breath becomes natural for us and provokes stress, anxiety even without any reason. First stress and anxiety create shallow breathing and then shallow breathing creates stress and anxiety.

To change this vicious circle and even to cover bad genetics, we have to change the way we breathe, exercise (dynamic and static), eat and think, that is to change the way our brain used to function. If we develop only one of four aspects, we get benefits, if we develop all four at the same time we get intensive positive dynamic of change.
